On my new laptop from Acer, There is always an error message titled "runDLL". It says "There was a problem starting pKIT.dll. The specified module could not be found." This is a laptop bought directly from Microsoft.com. They claimed to remove all bloatwares. Did they remove any essential programs? Thank you for your reply...
