How to run Recovery Disk karlchen2007-04-12 14:13:14

I started my computer and got nothing to show up. I do not have a Windows XP disk but have the Recovery disk in my harddrive. Could you show me how to get into my Discovery Disk and run the recovery to get my computer started?
