My computer is Snoy vaio FJ vgn-fj77c/v and it can't boot with c000021a blue window. I tried safe mode and last known, still same. I tried to restall window xp with repair. it didn't install anything. But it went to DOS status in black screen. I tried to go in program files folder, i was rejected. How can I do? I don't want to lose my data. I can't type chinese because I don't have chinese in this computer.
