How to disable the proxy IP EGFP2003-12-23 20:48:00

EGFP2003-12-23 20:48:00
I used browselast in IE 5.0 to browse webpage before. Recently, I stopped using browseblastand removed the software. However, I found my IE was no longer able to browse any webpage. I know when I used browseblast, IE accessed the webpage through a proxy IP. So how can I disable the proxy IP right now? Thanks!
