How to write Chinese in e-mail, MS works and other? TomTong2007-08-15 17:08:50

I have already changed my setting in regional and language options. I can receive e-mail in Chinese, but I don't know how to return e-mail in Chinese. I also want to input chinese characters in my MS works. I appreciate your help.
