我使用logitech quickCam Messenger.它支持up to 30fps和up to 640x480，24bitRGB.但由于它使用的是USB接口，USB1.1只有12Mbps,所以无法同时支持高分辨率和高帧数。
我的问题是：
1.webcam的帧数是由webcam的driver决定的还是u*****决定的。如果我在程序中设定每秒30帧，webcam是真的每秒采样30帧,还是由于u*****的限制，每秒实际只采样2帧(640x480x24bit/frame)？
2.any useful link about the principle or webcam hardware strucuture?
