Help: Cannot turn on my PC :( langman2007-11-21 20:19:02

I need to send out an important document, which is on the hard drive, but my PC cannot start. I checked the connection of the power cable and the light tells me it is fine. Anyone can help? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

take out the hdd, put it in another machine, or an enclosure
