MS Vista and Chinese font yma162008-01-01 05:38:44

I am going to buy a Toshiba laptop with MS Vista installed. It does not come with the Vista DVD. Here are my questions

1 Can I download Chinese fonts from MS for free?

2 If the Vista is broken later, how can I reinstall it?
