the virus should be installed on my computer thru Spyware.Ardakey or Trojan-Spy.Win32.Ardamax.n.
The effect of the virus: antivirus and antispy programs can not be executed, installation of antivirus or antispy programs is not posible, all update.exe, register.exe, uninstall.exe are changed so the the execution run error: "is not a valid win32 application." norton online scan finds nothing. Boot in safe mode is not possible with message "because of hard or software changes"
if you know this virus or any information about it, please help me.
