Click on 一个 program，电脑不反映，多click了几下，电脑就freeze了。shutdown后再重新开机，blue screen 出现了，抄下的message，大意是：

problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer..

我的电脑怎么了？我应该怎么办？反复shutdown几次了，每次都是blue screen。先谢谢了。

if hdd fails, you should unplug and stop use it

他的问题好象是硬盘机械结构崩溃, 无法 access 那就真的玩完了!
