Help! Antivirus software can't update. gameover2008-04-15 04:14:44

Windows vista home premium

Norton stopped updating about 3 weeks ago. Uninstalled and restalled. Still not working.

Today installed McAfee. Still it can't update. Why is that? Can some experts tell me how to fix it?

Both Norton and McAfee I use are genuine softwares.
