IE windows closed, why? moi1232003-09-14 05:45:00

under windows xp, it is quite often that some opened "internet explorer"windows are suddenly closed while other windows for "microsoft office" tools (such as word, excel windows) are still there.

sometimes, it is shown that "exception 0xc00000fd" occurs and it is required to click "OK" to terminate the opened IE windows.

does anyone know why and where to find a tool to fix it?
