How to get sound back after re-installing windows XP cruiser2009-03-19 18:54:45

there's no sound control button at right bottom desktop after re-installation.

and when i opened it from control panel, computer said no sound device. I already made sure there's no sound muting.

the sound was fine before crashing.

now I can't even play sound of a music CD.

Find out what sound card you have and download driver for it.
