请教啊！HP laptop不能启动了，怎么办呢？ just052009-05-10 00:40:13

我的电脑在开机启动后，一切看似正常，但是在“启动电脑”的提示窗口出现并显示桌面背景后，就一直没反应了。我试了各种启动模式，safe mode etc., 都不起作用，电脑现在就废了，请教高手怎么办啊？多谢了！！！
