Cybersitter claims itself as one of the best parental control software. I found some problems with it.
I installed your trial version of CYBERSITTER. During the trial, I block two web sites, one of these is www.WENXUECITY.com.Then unblocked.While I play around with the software, it seems no problems at all. Then 24 hours later, I uninstall the CYBERSITTER follow their procedure.
A problem occured at this time, I could not visit these two sites, including www.WENXUECITY.com, by using MS Internet Explorer. It says "it could not download from the web site", then stop.
At the meantime, I used Netscape it is okay. Using IE at another computer to visit same web sites is okay. Before the installation of Cybersitter, it is no problem to visit the web sites.
My computer is Window 2000 with SP4 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.00.0028.1123. (with latest service patches).
I did try to install, uninstall, and then reboot the computer. The problem is still there.
I asked the CYBERSITTER, it looks like they have no solutions.
How can I sovle the problem?
