女儿的电脑DELL Inspiron 6400 (系统是XP SP2)中了security tool的毒，桌面上的ICON全都不见了。我想把系统restore到中毒前的日期, 但出现这样一句话: System Restore has been turned off by group policy. To turn on system restore, contact your domain administrator.
到网查查找解决办法，发现不少人被security tool流氓软件困扰。按照建议到 http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm的第278项下载了Restore/enable system restore, 但被阻止运行。
到 http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-security-tool.html这里下载Automatic Security Tool removal，也被阻止运行。
弄了半天，没辙了。请教高手怎么办?
偶的电脑是SONY VAIO，买的比女儿的还早些，XP系统，我的电脑在system 里有一个system restore的选项，出了问题，进入safe mode, system restore就解决了。是DELL的电脑没有system restore, 还是被security tool 给阻止了? 这个security tool真卑鄙，不断弹出画面，要买它的软件。
