上次关机没等机器完全TURN OFF，就把墙上的电源关了。第二天再开机，就出现屏幕：

选了Start windows normally,然后就是 windownsXP 开始时的 icon，icon 过后就是蓝屏如下：

只能按开关键才能关机。 请问这是什么问题？怎么弄好啊？
