Dell laptop Inspiron 6400 windows XP--Bought 3 years ago.just had problems with hard disk two weeks ago and my colleague fixed.But it is not the same as before.the big headache is that Chinese can still be shown on website,but it will show as little boxed on toolbar space.And what is more,I can not download anything in Chinese even I can guess something from those little boxes like XUNLEI OR SOUGOU PINYIN.When I wanted to change something from "control panel-regional and language--,I found that there is no Chinese listing there at all!So can somebody tell me what's the problem and how to solve this problem???I am illiterate in computer,please give me some help.THANKS!!!!
