怎么重装ie浏览器 chen-help 文学城

I bought my destop in 2007, it is windows vista, and something is wrong with IE now and i can not open IE although internet connected. I have the software CD and operationg system CD which was togetther with computer when I bought it. I want to re-instal IE, do you know how I can re-instal from CD?

是网络设置问题吧？未必跟IE有什么关系。在IE的地址栏打个IP地址试试看，比如：74.125.71.103
