Broken internet access of my laptop -Help appreciated lovemom2012-01-17 15:08:07

I have a Dell laptop. It was dropped on the ground bya accident. The wireless internet access was not working followed by complete loss of internet access ability (even with ethernet). There is nothing wrong with my home internet connection as the other laptop works fine. Any recommendation on how to repair the computer? Many thanks.
