Computer can not get started 4whq2003-09-03 04:16:00

I just moved to a new place. When I re-powered my computer, it was hanging with ms 98 screen for long time.
Then I reset the computer, nothing was shown on the screen after three continous beep sound.
I tried lots of times, always same ( only three continous beep sound).

Does anybody have same problem before?
