My Dell Laptop for business use has some display problems: the window changes into black or just flashes. Sometimes, words and pictures turn to red. It happens more often when I use the laptop on my lap. Adjusting the position of the laptop or the monitor could make the problem go away.
I told our IT group that myabe something was loose... I have no idea. They replied the ticket, saying all hardware passed the test, sending it to the software unit... and then somebody said the cable to the motherboard was loose. They spent 7 days, but the problem remains unsolved.
Any suggestion?
