i deleted a bunch of programs from my laptop today and now i lost access to internet and my cursor is not moving. one of the programs i deleted was'cyberlink powerdirector'. what had i done wrong and what can i do?

你可以选择恢复到以前某一特定时间点，不一定非要恢复到出厂状态，Best Buy

拿回来了。data 似乎都完好，但是

目的达到了就好！
