I have the htc incredible droid 2. After installed an app, black screen, I power off the phone, then the phone keeps rebooting. The phone cannot go to safe mode either. This phone has the PPC and verizon set up. I don't want to do factory reset. Is there a way to read out the setting and how can I put it back after I did the factory reset?

I appreciate your help!
