New Activation: zip code and ESN/MEID/IMEI number.
zip code is for picking a phone number, you can pick any zip code you like.
Old phones have ESN number, NEW phones have MEID numbers, Global phones like Samsung Note 2 have IMEI number, you only need give me one of these numbers.
