win7 goes to black screen after the welcome page gaox 文学城

It is ok if it is started in safe mode. But the normal mode, after the welcome page, the screen goes to black. I login using safe mode and did scan "SPF /SCANNOW" and the scan cannot be finished.

I don't have the startup disc. Anyway to fix the problem?
