i uninstalled microsoft office 2010, and reinstalled office 2002 hiearth22014-04-13 16:24:56

i uninstalled microsoft office 2010, and reinstalled office 2002. But 2002 does not work properly. 


when click new, cannot open the item

when click send/receive, cannot open the item

need rebuild mail profile
