obitalk register with Register Failed: 403 Forbidden addie2014-05-09 20:32:11

I tried to follow steps to register obitalk to my OBI100 device, here are details:

in sp1, I  choose generic provider: gv.voip01.com, port: 5060, username is the 11 # I got from kot.voip1.com, password is the password from my useraccount on kot. 

then I submitted it , then it will show this message:



What I did wrong here?  Please help me.
