请教: laptop with Window 8.1 vs. Window 7 bjz2007 文学城

I'm looking for a new laptop with daily use, normal email, internet , need Chinese input.

No music download or movie download.

I found out more PCs with Window 8.1 while less choice with Window 7. Never used Win 8.1 laptop before. Asking for advice if Window 8.1 is capable and user friendly as Win 7 ? Do you recommend Win 8.1 laptop?

现在买笔记本应该选择触摸屏超薄型，从这个角度讲Windows 8.1比Windows 7好。

8对触摸屏的支持远远超过7。无论是人还是应用软件，都要通过操作系统跟硬件打交道。

专业的都是用老的系统，几年才更新一次。消费的都是赶时髦。

笔记本的滑鼠实在不好用。我用笔记本非要外接个台式机滑鼠才行。触摸屏彻底解决了这个问题。
