Win XP Pro
1) I see a lot of svchost.exe processes
2) my desktop items no longer load :-(
3) when try to end one of the svchost.exe, I got shut down (in 1 minute, just like the blast worm last year)
It appears to be the blast.exe worm, but windows update scan tells me I needed no update. I am puzzled.
Experts on this board, is this some new worm?
