应该是骗人的： 正常的情形应该是让你升级IE而不是改变你的Account。

“VERIFY HERE“点进去是个印度网站。印度网站冒充雅虎，不骗人还能是什么？

不妨捉弄一下骗子，给这个印度网站一些无效的雅虎用户名和密码，让骗子去折腾自己。
