Just bought a HP laptop with windows 10 Home. Tried to download and install 安信证券行情交易软件 on it but failed. Can anyone here explain why and may be kind enough to provide a solution to the problem? Thanks a million!

按照里面的图去设置就可以了。主要是把system locale 设置成为 Chinese 。
