Dear Sir/Madam
Yesterday, I report a attack from Madrid one IP address.And today, I received a email from local telecommunication company said that they will do something. But when I go back home I found my computer has been dump. The system ask me to check the viruse and check the CHKDSK/F to find whether the hard disk is rightly formatted. And the result is that I can not boot my computer anymore. Does it means that I got virus attack? I installed norton firewall and antivirus but still these kind things happened. I wish can get help from you about follows:
Does it mean that my computer has been attacked by virus?
Do you think it is possible that it is from the one who I report that performed attack?
I can not boot even with safe mode, does it mean I have to lose all my datas in my hard disk? I have not backed up them.

Also if there is some genius Hiker from Chinese, I would like to give the said IP address which has been reported attack my computer by norton internet security access system. I supposed that that computer is worked by a super hiker. And he attacked my computer as revenge.
