"http://www.slotch.com/?&account_id=133720" link took my IE Home page, and I can not change it from Internet options at menu tools bar, and can not edit (changed but it gets back right away) and delete (deleted but it came back when use IE) it from regedit (IE-Main-Start page).

Cany one know how to get rid off this problem?
