my computer broke down. the service center replaced a system board. then i can't use the original recovery CD. after i inserted the CD, there's a message," the recovery CD is not applicable for this machine. the recovery CD is for A45." my computer was a Toshiba, satellite A45, when i bought it.
I wonder whether it's possible that the replaced system board is not for A45, but for another model? or it's just because of the different series numbers of the two system board? tomorrow i'll send the computer and the recovery CD to the service center again. Is it possible that they won't send me back this original recovery CD, and replace a recovery CD for another model, which matches for the new board?
Thank you very much!
