我的Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100 一直都能很顺利地休眠，但是前天不知道怎么了，一休眠就跳出下面这个错误
the device driver for the ' toshiba software modem AMR' device is preventing the machine from entering hibernation. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver.
我试着禁用了modem后，发现错误消息变为了
the device driver for the 'Communication Port (Com 1) ' device is preventing the machine from entering hibernation. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver.
再把Communication Port (Com 1)禁用后，系统就可以进入休眠了。但是感觉系统变得很不稳定，很容易死机（这个问题出现前，这台笔记本可能还没有出现过死机的现象，十分稳定）
不知有没有高手可以支支招，在这里先谢了
