I just bought a brand new Sony drive and tried to install on my Dell Dimension PC. Unfortunately after installation of harddrive physically, I was not able to add hardware through control panel. The dollowing message was popped up "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)". Right now I even lost my original WinDVD drive. Please help me. Thank a lot in advance.
