I bought a Dell Inspiron 700M two weeks ago. It seems it doesn't allow me to downlaod anything from the BT website. I've uninstalled the Norton security software and turned off the internet firewall. But, neither helped to solve the problem. Any ideas?

不怕硬盘损坏就用BT吧。
