昨晚起，突然地，我每次开机或重新启动后就出现了下列对话框
（我用WinXP，在Compad笔记本上）：

选项 Send Error Report Don't Send
我选Don't Send，然后机器就开始有麻烦，诸如自动断电，桌面上的东西点击不开，按“Restart"没有反应等，往往只有断电才重新恢复。不知哪个环节出了问题，我该怎么处理才好？
