I bought a soyo P4i865pe plus dragon 2 v1.0 mother board, try to diy a pc.
I assemble a pc with that mother board and p4 2.4 cpu, 512mb 3200 memory, and ide hard drive, and a 48x cdrw,
i boot a Windows XP cd in the cdrw and install windows XP professional in the pc,
then after log in to Windows XP, i cannot read any thing from CDRW,
i try to copy the mother board driver cd into a USB flash drive, and upgrade the mother driver.
but it doesn't work either,
by the way, i assemble a pc before it is a AMD motherboard and CPU, and has same problem, i just used the same solution and fixed the problem.
