请教各位DX，这两天上网一点击IE图表就出现一个窗口，内容如下：

runtime error

IE的窗口就打不开，我试了“超级兔子”和重新安装IE都不起作用。现在上网靠从“我的电脑”页面直接敲入网址，但弹出的所有页面还是被禁止。
