how to input chinese on 632502005-10-13 01:43:26

I have windows XP.

I dont remember how to input chinese without installing an inputting system. I do remember I can input chinese, simple and traditional Chinese Charactor on XP without installing any inputting software in my old PC.

Any expert can give me some instruction?
