I bought a D-link wireless network kit (including a router and a wireless pc card, model number DWL-923). The router works fine. But I got a problem with the pc card. I have a Dell Inspiron 4000 notebook running Windows ME. After I plug in the pc card, I could see the connection. But the problem is when I run the Internet Explore, my computer freezed. I called the D-link technical support, they told me that my notebook was not compatible with the card. They advised me to return the card. I hate to do so because I will be charged 15% restocking fee.
Anybody know how to solve this problem. Any suggestion is appreciated.
