请高手评估：设计一个高中网络(Network)要花多少$。

中学/高中有大约1000学生，100教职员。想建4个电脑房供学生用，打算每一电脑房放35台Dell台式电脑。除此之外还有用于行政的办公室放7台电脑供秘书等人员用。图书馆放20台电脑供学生教师查资料等。另外教师每人一台电脑(60名教师) 。请评估一下几方面的大概费用会是多少。

1. Circuit costs, including costs of circuits provided by common carries (AT & T；Sprint 等电讯公司) or the cost of purchasing and installing cable.
2. Internetworking devices such as switches and routers.
3. Hardware costs, including server computers, NIC, hubs, memory, printers, uninterruptible power supplies, and backup tape drives.
4. Network management costs, including special hardware, software, and training needed to develop a network management system for ongoing redesign, monitoring and diagnosing or problems.
5. Test and maintenance costs for special monitoring equipment and software, plus the cost of onsite spare parts.
6. Costs to operate the network.
