Here are the answers to your craps, and don't give these type of Sh**t again:
1. Overall PC and peripherals' prices would not come down to this level without Dell's effort.
What are you talking about? The price falls because of the new technologies and outsourced low labor costs.
2. Most of them look cheap, true. The newer Optiplex, XPS and servers look better.
Looks better <> Looks good
3. Most complaints come from home users and small businesses with no basic computer knowledge or no internal tech support team
How many computer users are computer professionals? Even those who have computer degrees? And it is these consumers that let Dell survive, and that is why there is still a so called "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" group exists, otherwise they could have been homeless. So don't blame the customer but improve Dell's customer service qualities and skills, provide trainings to employees, and don't just hire those morons. At that time I will buy their products.
