我联网用的是Cable, 用netstat一查, 发现TCP开了无数的连接, 其中0.0.0.0:端口到0.0.0.0:0的连接都是在LISTENING, 还有很多我自己IP**.**.**.**:端口到其它IP(前两位跟我的IP相同)的连接都是在SYN_SENT,
请问如何关闭这些连接?

其中大部分服务都拒绝停止. 请问怎么办?
