I like to say Thank You to massWonderLand,newyker,203156 and all those who help people here. I finally fixed my problem after downloading Firefox as the broswer which massWonderLand suggested. It's great. Hope it also works to everybody who gets same problem.

Please refer to my pain and massWonderLand's suggestion:

Using Verizon DSL,but can't get to SOME websites. For example,trying to get SINA and MSN, explorer stops working when the part of pages show up. Press CTRL+ALT+ALT,it shows EXPLORER NO RESPONDING.After clicking END TASK or restarting,same happens.Reinstalled explorer 6,still got same problem.I'm using WIN 98 SE.

It would be still slow due to the network status,definetly, it will be much better in terms of speed and security.
