I can access the control panel from the windows explorer or from the start menu, but once that is expanded, the windows explorer would just quit without giving me any error message when I try to access its subcategory. So I can literally access no control panel.
How should I solve this problem? If it calls for a system repair, do I have a big risk of losing files on the C drive besides the driver and program files?
