用厨房里里剩下的面包片来做这款简单的小甜点,15分钟搞定, 无需烘培。 

Ingredients:

2/3 cup blueberries

200ml heavy whipping cream

1 slice of bread

2 tbsps erythritol(or sugar) for 200ml heavy whipping cream

2 tsps sugar free cacao powder for half of whipped cream

1/4 tsps lemon juices and 1 tbsp erythritol ( or sugar) for blueberry jam

 

 

做法:

Cooking Steps:

- Cut off edge of one slice of bread and cut soft parts into small chunks

- Put washed 2/3 cup blueberries into a sauce pan, add 1/4 tsps lemon juices and 1 tbsp erythritol.

- Bring pot to boil for 1 minute and reduce heat to simmer blueberry jam until it has glue textures

- In a clean(no oil, no water) large bowl, beat 200ml heavy whipping cream (add 2 tbsps erythritol or sugar) on medium to high speed until cream has soft peak

- Take half of whipped cream and add 2 tsps sugarless cacao powder and mix it together. Put whipped chocolate cream into pastry bag

- Put rest of whipped cream into pastry bag

- In a small glass, layering blueberry jam, bread chunks, chocolate cream, whipped cream. - Refrigerate (not freeze) mousses for 1 hour
