I am a new seller. I have five good feedback and one negative feedback. The buyer told me that the item is broken and she cannot reach me. that's way she gave me negative feedback. In Fact, I didnot receive any email from her until I found the negative feedback. I sent eamil to her and explained to her the situation. I told her that I am willing to refund to her fully if she can remove negative feedback for me. I didnot believe that the item is broken becuase I put that plastic item into a bubble mailer but I am willing to refund to her if she can help me to remove the feedback. My question is: If she is not going to do like that, How I should deal with her?
